"The Happening" Live CD!!!
"The Happening" in conjunction with Monster Lab Studios completed a live recording at Bristol Grill. The band has collectively picked a group of songs from that show that have been mixed and mastered to create a live audio CD. There are about a dozen songs from throughout the night that capture the energy and essence of a live Happening show. Many thanks to Ramon Morant and Matt Zeiner from Monster Lab Studio for all their help.

"The Happening" is a great 60's theme band, they were at the Durham fair opening for the Gin Blossoms and the crowd was more into The Happening then the headliner. Awesome show and great band.

We saw "The Happening" at the Durham Fair, very cool band. Wasn't expecting to watch the opening band for teh Gin Blossoms but we heard the music and were drawn to the stage. Wish we had caught the whole thing.

I caught "The Happening" at last week's Apple Harvest in Southington. They are incredibly energetic and exciting. Hope to catch them again.

The sixties tribute band "The Happening". AMAZING! great singers, great harmonies. This band does the sixties like its supposed to be done!

I saw that band. (The Happening)The lead girl does a dance, runs around and has amazing energy. They all do-the whole band just blew me away! They are something to see, for sure.

I went with a friend to see a country band we love called SheDaisy playing at Durhams Fair tonight. When we got there there was a band playing that did all 60s rock music, pretty sure name is The Happening? ANyway, they do GREAT harmonies and aMAZing overall show. WOW!

Why do we call ourselves "The Happening?"

Diana Ross and the Supremes had one of many hits in the 1960's, one of the songs being consequently called, "The Happening." Although the song itself might have been about some sudden love fling, with words like, "suddenly it just happened, the happening...it happened to me, and it could happen to you." Traditionally the definition of a happening, is more an event, and not so much an emotion - not that we don't want to move you when you are listening and watching us!!In the words of founder Jim Neri, "a happening means everybody getting together and having a good time and that's what we try to keep in mind with our show
